The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets were rough and there was no mattress pad. They gave us one towel and two rugs, which were rough. The water was barely warm for the shower. There was no suitcase stand or place to put clothes. Very skimpy all around.

The check in was weird. No office was marked. Once we got checked in, by driving around and finding someone who looked like they worked there and he took us to a weird gated area with barbed wire all over it, a guy checked is in and took us to the room. The garage was great! Private parking was awesome . The room appeared mostly clean, but the Jacuzzi tub (which I paid extra for) was not clean, and there was not enough hot water to make it work properly. The hot water ran out before reaching the jets. Disappointing for sure! The toilet did NOT flush. That was super gross, The bed was very hard with a super thin mattress. It was ok. But not recommended.

THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. This is literally a brothel. There’s nowhere in the posting that suggested this was motel (there are signs in each garage advertising 6 hour rental). Everything looked dirty. the towels given were basically hand towels but even if they were regular size, I wouldn’t have used them because they looked disgusting and stained. Water was so cold. The mattress was hard and only one super thin blanket was given. We had to use our coats as blankets!!!! I covered the pillow with one of my shirts because everything felt so dirty. Absolutely false and deceiving advertisement. Hotels.com should make sure the posting reflects what this place really is, and let people make a decision with the full information. Terrible

The unit was very clean, and cozy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower situation was strange. The shower area isnt seperated from the unit, so after the shower, I found water all over the place, all the way to the bed. I used the towels in the floor, to mop the water to the drain. A giant squeegy should be part of the unit. Had a nice time. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. UBER is not a fan of that area, it was very difficult to get a ride from there. It was a nice time.
