THE POOL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THEY DID NOT REIMBURSE ME FOR THE MISLEADING ROOM I RESERVED WHICH WAS THE POOL DELUXE ROOM. NO ICE MACHINE AND THE VENDING MACHINES WERE OUT OF ORDER. I REQUESTED A REFUND DESPITE REFUND POLICY BASED ON MISLEADING AMENETIES AND NO HONEST DISCLOSURE OF THE CLOSED POOL AND NO WORKING MACHINES.THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HONOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Didn't have toilet paper upon check in but they were very quick in bringing us some to the room. It would've been nice to have a coffee maker in the rooms. Love the renovations they are doing.
