Renovated Condo With Pool on No Drive Beach

Enjoy your morning coffee with the sunrise over the ocean from your balcony (or even from bed) and your favorite cocktail with the sunset from the front door. Spend the day relaxing on the beach, cooling off by the pool, or exploring all the nearby fun activities, tasty eateries, and live entertainment. This newly renovated condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of as much (or as little) as your vacation-state-of-mind desires. Sleeps 4 adults plus kids.

The space
• The building underwent some major repairs/updates in 2020-2021. The exterior of the building is expected to be painted Fall 2025. I'll update as I know any impact this may have on our condo and your stay (as the balcony will need to be painted)

• This unit was fully renovated at the end of 2021 (down to the studs)
• All tv’s are wall mounted Smart TV – so you can sign in to your Netflix, Hulu, or Disney+ accounts. The great room tv is tilt-able and also has basic cable with OnDemand options
• The dining room table seats 6 plus an additional 4 chairs at the kitchen island
• The updated kitchen is fully-equipped. We hope you find everything you need
• The main bedroom has a comfy king-sized bed, drawers as well has hangers in the closet, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower
• The guest room offers a queen-sized bed on the bottom and 2 twin bunk beds above. The hall bath, with bathtub, offers direct access into this room, creating a second “suite” if desired.
• You’ll find a washer/dryer upfront in the hall closet
• Beach chairs and a menagerie of beach toys are available in the front closet to use during your stay (supply will vary)

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire unit and amenities, including the heated pool, BBQ area, and picnic tables. Take advantage of the covered parking on ground floor or find additional parking on the 1st floor. The parking lot is directly in front of the building.

Walk to a nearby restaurant/bar or take a short drive to a plethora of others. Need to stock up? You’ll find grocery stores, liquor stores, and beach shops nearby. Looking for something to do? You’ll be less than 3 miles to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse, the Marie Science Center, and shops that rent kayaks, paddleboards, ect. Take a boat tour to see manatee, dolphins, or to do some deep sea fishing.
Other things to note

Located south of Daytona, “the World’s Most Famous Beach”, and the quiet town of Daytona Beach Shores and north of New Smyrna Beach, is the tranquil town of Ponce Inlet. Southpoint is located on the no-drive section of the beach, making it perfect for families and those looking for a peaceful, quiet spot to unwind.

***There may be some construction/improvements (mainly exterior building paint) happening at the building during your stay. While it does not affect our unit directly (the beach and your unobstructed views of the ocean will be just as enjoyable), we have been told from the management company there may be some noise. (This is the last of our hurricane recovery efforts). The work schedule is a moving target and not set in stone, but the latest updates should be posted in the lobby or in the elevators. (Estimated Fall 2025)

As a guest of Renovated Condo With Pool on No Drive Beach, you'll find barbecue grills, laundry facilities, and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
