Probably ok in Summertime, do not book in winter.

Nice owners, were quick in fixing issues (initially no hot water, no internet). The biggest problem i faced was the condensation in the appartment. Everything was damp, and the droplets were hanging above my head in the bedroom. In the summer this will not be an issue i guess, but in wintertime, i just cannot recommend this appartment.
