Had a good stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean The hotel was very convenient to restaurants including one right in the hotel. Good breakfast and a nice pool. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Great location to walk around Ponta Delgada. Very charming facility and friendly, accomodating staff. Rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of touring San Miguel.

Absolutely fantastic location - right next to amazing gelato and near incredible restaurants. Hotel was clean, room was sizeable, and staff was very helpful. They booked our taxi to the airport for us! Breakfast was delicious and copious. My one qualm is that the fitness center didn't open until 9 am which is a little late when you want to get out to do things.

The only issue was with the lack of a wake up call on my first day when I had a morning tour planned. Neither of the two I requested went through. However, I am in a Portuguese speaking country and was not equipped to request a wake-up call in that language. The one staff member was not able to understand me, so I noted the next time I asked for a call, she wrote an hour later down- when I noted it, and wrote the correct time, she had another staff member aid me and we were able to communicate effectively and she addressed my concerns and called the tour company to assure I would be picked up. Breakfast was filling and worth it!
