We were in Pontivy on Business. Checkin was seamless. As someone who is a light Sleeper I thought that our room near the lift would keep me awake, but it did not. The Black out Curtain is a great which helped me sleep. Ok There's no Coffee/Tea Maker but that wasn't a issue. There's a restaurant attached where we at twice, Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was plentiful. THe Staff we excellent, Especially Paschal.

Incompetent reception, I lost 193,88€

They charged my cc before I was there and charged by mistake three times. So I paid three times. After leaving the receptionist acted to refund me, but it resulted in one more debit. Hugely disappointed and one week later I'm still waiting for my money back.
