It was very welcoming, it looked great and clean in the house. The neighborhood was very nice. But it smelled like paint very bad and my mom has COPD so we did have to let all the windows up to air it out and also the water coming out the sink didn't smell right so we didn't drink any of the water. A few suggestions would be to air it out good before your next guest and to run the water in bathrooms and kitchen the morning of. I do have a question for you. My daughter wants to order one she loved the firmness.What kind of beds were those, mainly the one in the master bedroom?
