À déconseiller aux personnes de grande taille, en surpoids ou à mobilité réduite : cage d'escalier raide et très étroite, plusieurs niveaux dans la maison, portes et couloirs étroits, étage mansardé bas de plafond, douche difficile d'accès et très étroite.Équipement usagé et rudimentaire, ménage nettement insuffisant malgré l'option forfait ménage.
