The 40m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) of building B in the "Le clos de Sainte Marie" residence, situated in the heart of the Sainte-Marie sur Mer village and in immediate proximity to the "Montbeau Beach". All essential shops are near the residence. The Bluegreen Golf is just a step away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach Pornic city centre. It has a master suite (double bed of 140) and can thus accommodate two people.
The accommodation includes a living room with a television opening onto a small terrace, as well as a fully fitted and equipped kitchen: induction hobs, microwave, mini-oven, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment.
A hairdryer, a washing machine and outdoor furniture (armchairs, table and parasol) are also available.
