Die perfekte Lage

Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und entgegenkommenden Abwicklung bei spĂ€ter Anreise und spontaner Anfrage fĂŒr VerlĂ€ngerung. Einfach aber sehr gut und ausreichend mit allem ausgestattet vom BĂŒgeleisen bis zur Krebszange. Toller Blick aufs Meer vom Aufstehen bis zum Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon. Kleiner Park nur fĂŒr die sehr ruhige Wohnanlage, sehr sicher durch abgeschlossene Tore und elektrische Einfahrt. Eigener Parkplatz in der Anlage. 3 Minuten zum sehr schönen ĂŒberwachten Strand und weitere Strandbuchten ganz in der NĂ€he. Stadt ĂŒber den Spaziergang an der FelskĂŒste in 40 Minuten zu Fuß sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder!

Les points positifs : Appartement bien agencĂ©, et surtout un balcon oĂč dĂ©jeuner/dĂźner avec une magnifique vue mer. Les points nĂ©gatifs : le bip de la porte extĂ©rieure ne fonctionnait pas pendant deux jours, et un soir la porte piĂ©tons non plus. La chambre est plutĂŽt une petite cabine de 4,5 m2. C’est une belle location d’étĂ©, trĂšs agrĂ©able ! Merci Ă  l’oncle du propriĂ©taire de nous avoir prĂȘter son nouveau bip de portail, et Ă  mademoiselle Cassel pour son aide.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs bien entretenue. la rĂ©sidence Ă©tait occupĂ©e Ă  peut ĂȘtre 10% de sa capacitĂ© donc calme. L'appartement est bien Ă©quipĂ© et agrĂ©able on ne peut regretter que l’absence d'une liste des Ă©quipements (lors de la rĂ©servation) pour savoir ce que l'on doit ramener ou non. La "chambre" dans laquelle se trouve les lits superposĂ©s ne doit guĂšre mesurer plus de 1.5m * 2m. Le canapĂ© lit pour les "adultes" est correcte sans plus. L'accueil et le dĂ©part est fait par une dame trĂšs gentille et serviable. Je ne peux regretter que l'emploi exclusif de majuscule dans une rĂ©ponse du propriĂ©taire Ă  un de mes Email (avec beaucoup de questions vu le peu de renseignements donnĂ©s lors de la rĂ©servation!!!)........et l’absence d'excuses quand je lui en ai fait la remarque (c'est assimilĂ© Ă  crier).
