We loved all the space of this house, and the porch was very large. We had two dogs that enjoyed the deck views as much as we did. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the house was super convenient to the big store for groceries.

Great house!

This was our second year staying at Ocean One, and once again everyone loved it! Highly recommend, and make sure to have your group play Happy Salmon (in the game cabinet). It was so fun to watch the group of cousins play!

Don’t bring a thing except food!

This property has everything you need! Beach tent, chairs, toys, etc! Great location on the beach that’s not heavily trafficked.

Triple birthday celebration

We rented this beach hike to celebrate my grandma’s 90th birthday, my mom’s 70th, and my nieces 7th birthday. It was perfect die aged ranging from 7-90 years ok! It was spacious and open. We loved it!

We had a blast when we visited Ocean One for our daughter's 30th birthday. It was beachfront, and it was just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for all 11 of us and a 1-year-old. The only complaint was that they only had 4 trash bags for 5 days, and none of the Roku remotes worked, so we had to use apps on the living room TV. I would stay again should we ever return to Crystal Beach.

LOVED OCEAN ONE

We loved our time at Ocean One! The house was beautiful, well appointed and very spacious! The bedroom and bathroom set up worked perfectly with our large group of family and friends. The extra long dining table was the perfect hub for meals, games and visiting. Although it was hard to choose, everyone agreed that our favorite place in this fabulous home was the upstairs back deck! Many wonderful memories were made while sitting together sunning, star gazing or laughing while watching the cotton-tailed bunnies frolick through the yard! This amazing and comfortable home helped make our first trip to Bolivar a place we hope to return to again & again!

HOA had the police officer tell us cabin rental in this area was not permitted. So I would say not friendly neighbors. But the cabin and location were great.

Family 4th of July

We enjoyed our family vacation at Ocean One over the July 4th holiday! The home is beautiful and very spacious. It was very clean and just as pictured. There is a nice big pantry and two refrigerators with freezers. With all the rain in previous weeks we had a little problem with ants but ant spray was provided. The deck space is outstanding and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. The dunes are high in front of the home so you can't really see people on the beach but you can see the ocean very well. The only access to the beach is one bridge a few lots down which easily fits golf carts or you can walk across. This neighborhood is not side by side friendly. We were told to trailer our side by side to get it to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It looks exactly as pictured, nice beds and bathrooms and great layout. A few things that weren’t great.....the gas grill did NOT work which is disappointing when you start to cookout and can’t. It’s advertised as having a gas grill. Second, we were given 4 rolls of toilet paper for 13 people for 3 nights. I mean, I’d have been happy to bring my own and had to go out and buy more mid-vacation if I had known. Next, light switches are needing work (replaced) bc many didn’t work or were hard to turn on/off. Lastly, many remotes didn’t work and the nice telescope needed batteries to use. Overall- it’s a beautiful big house, close to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and beach things you would need, if we rented again we’d just bring our own grill and extra toilet paper.

The view from the cabin was great! The house was big & beautiful. Plenty of towels, extra pillows, & blankets. In the kitchen there were plenty of eating & cooking utensils(plentyof really nice steak knives), kitchen gadgets (mixer, blender, waffle iron), baking dishes, cutting boards, plates, bowls, glasses, & mugs. Everything in the pictures on the website was what we saw when we got there. Would definitely book this house again in the future.

The kitchen is perfect for entertaining and there’s 2 refrigerators so plenty of space for food for larger groups. Just a few houses over from the walkover to the beach. The yard is great for dogs but it is not fenced. The house is completely wired with speakers. The outdoor furniture was nice and so comfortable. Would highly recommend this home. Only thing missing was just a few more large platters for serving food. Other than that, the house was perfect!!!

The kitchen was equipped with everything we need! It does have a keurig FYI... we bought coffee and no pods but we just went back to the store! CHECKIN and checkout were seamless! The walk to the beach was quick! We couldn’t figure out the fireplace but someone came and got it working for us pretty quickly! Go to Stingrees for lunch or dinner ! Great views of the bay! We had 9 family members there and it fit all of us very comfortably xoxoxo Highly recommend!!!

Loved it!!!

Everyone had such a great time we got to experience walking up at the beach! The kids loved it so much! This home was so comfortable I loved the bed! We all got to relax and be stress free! All the dads had a wonderful and unforgettable experience! Memories were made!!
