Staff could smile a little more. I only saw one person smile the whole time I was there and she was this lady at the counter when I was checking out. Your place is clean, tidy and comfortable but it did not have a warmth feel to it.

Their payment system wasn't working - I was forced to pay cash for the room even though they had my credit card on file. I also had the credit card with me, but they only would take my Debit card, added an additional $50 security to the card which I had to return to the counter to reclaim. Overall a Mickey Mouse operation.

Really disappointed with this Hampton inn. Room condition below standard. Shower plugged, dirty caulking in bathroom, no water glasses in bathroom, no clock or radio, no paper/pens, limited tv options, no maps or info of area, mattress was shaky and showed its age, and Chairs uncomfortable. What happened to the small details that can make the stay memorable? We have never been disappointed before at an Hampton Inn.

The hotel is okay. The breakfast is your average starter meal. The hallway carpets were not vacuumed when we checked in a 3 pm. The bathroom shower already shows some water damage (it seems they used wrong construction materials in shower) as brown/yellowish stains appear. The bed was comfortable but pillows not so much. Our room was clean.

When one pays almost 400 dollars for a double room and gets a single and nothing was down to rectify their error it is obvious that you will get a horrible review. NEVER STAY AT THIA HOTEL
