La suite Coral Beachside est situĂ©e directement sur la plage, au milieu d’un grand jardin paysager. Depuis les terrasses partiellement couvertes, le salon et les deux chambres, vous avez une vue magnifique sur les palmiers, la plage et l’ocĂ©an turquoise. L'accĂšs Ă  la plage privĂ©e vous mĂšne directement Ă  l'une des plus belles plages du monde (environ 18 mĂštres entre la maison et la plage). Le salon

Notre suite CORAL BEACHSIDE au rez-de-chaussée est meublée avec un mobilier exclusif de style caribéen. Le salon spacieux a un accÚs direct aux terrasses, au jardin et à la plage et est relié au modÚle américain avec une cuisine intégrée ouverte avec salle à manger.

Les 2 chambres ont un lit double king-size dans la chambre principale et un lit double queen-size donnant sur l'ocĂ©an bleu turquoise, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain confortable. Toutes les chambres ont leur propre climatisation. Dans le salon, vous trouverez deux canapĂ©s pouvant ĂȘtre installĂ©s dans de grands lits doubles.

La suite est équipée de son propre lave-linge, sÚche-linge, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur avec congélateur et machine à glaçons, four micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre électrique avec four. TV, WI-FI et téléphone sont également disponibles.

We needed a break from the hustle and bustle. Also from the cold. Man did this place deliver. Walk along the pink sand beach in either direction right from the house. Saw 3 people on the beach our week long stay. The beach stretches several miles in either direction. We liked it so much were buying a place here. One note. Eating out can be expensive. We cooked inmost meals. The Greenwood Inn is fantastic. Pauline and Antwoine are the perfect hosts. Thanks Ranier, Lana and Armon.

Some mildew needs to be addressed

This property is in a beautiful location and was likely very lovely at one time, but it needs some work due to a serious water issue. Multiple screens had tears, as well as outdoor furniture. Multiple lightbulbs were out in almost every room. None of this was a big deal, but it was the serious mildew smell throughout the unit that was overwhelming, and we had to leave early. There were signs of mold being painted over and baseboards were warped and discolored from what must’ve been some kind of flood. I think all of this can be addressed, and it will be a nice rental again in the future, but we were quite disappointed with what we found. Our clothes wreaked for days. I was very grateful that the local manager was responsive and very helpful. She found us a new place to stay at the end. If they do address the mildew/water issues it will be a nice unit to rent in the future.. anoeaearly.

Just what we wanted.

Privacy on a beautiful beach and sparkling clear water: that’s why we came. Our rental car and house key arrived at the airport promptly after our arrival. Rainer’s house is in a perfect location and just as the pictures show. The house was clean and in good order. Dishes and utensils were adequate. My wife was happy that hair dryers were provided. The beach is lovely and you have the beach to yourself for all practical purposes. Greenwood Beach Resort is a short walk up the beach or very short drive, should you desire a beverage or meal. As with most resorts, walk-ins are accepted for breakfast and lunch by reservations are required for the evening meal. We brought our food items and were well supplied. Lana was helpful by having plenty of water and a beach umbrella waiting for us in the house when we arrived. If you are coming to an “out island” - understand that supplies are limited and the climate does take its toll on everything, roads, cars and houses. There are two bakery’s on the island 
 we’ve been to both 
 and the main grocery is just north of the airport across from the dock. You’ll do well to stock up prior to driving down, however there are two smaller “convenience stores” in the Port Howe/Bain Town area. We think Rainers place is an excellent value for the experience of the stay!

Rented for One Month- Left After Five Nights

Why? Watermarks on the doors and walls indicated recent water damage in the apartment upon our check in. Black mold was growing on the outside panel of the refrigerator. We have photo documentation. Someone used plywood under the dishwasher and oven where the water damage occurred. As a result, the dishwasher and oven were not operating for the six days we stayed. There is no generator, and the power went out for about 20 hours. The food in the refrigerator and freezer spoiled after we spent $300 at the store. To make cell calls, we had to climb stairs to the house's roof. No Wifi on the day of our arrival. A technician spent hours on our first night establishing a connection. Wifi operated only in the living room. There was no Wifi in either of the bedrooms. We had service people in our apartment every day for the five nights/six days of our stay. We developed coughs, and so did our two small dogs. We have photo documentation of the mold, plywood, etc. We deemed our health most essential and could not stay for one month. We spent precious time and long distance call fees in many calls to VRBO. There was no resolution. We lost our money on this property but learned important lessons. Additionally, this property is 40 minutes from the airport and the nearest 'grocery store.' The property is very isolated, and there are not many dining options, which we needed when the power went out. The photographs do not represent the lower apartment of this house.

Incredible property and location

This was the first time to Cat Island and Coral Beachside Resort. Words can not describe how perfect this property is. Words do not do justice to the views, the beaches, and the property. The property is very well maintained and has all the amenities you need for your stay. The grounds are beautiful and the incredible beach is just steps away. The owner and manager were extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend this property and I look forward to returning.

Beautiful beachfront villa

Rainer built this stunning property facing the Atlantic Ocean on an 8 mile stretch of beach. The beach offers lots of reefs perfect for snorkeling, diving, or any other beach activity including peace and tranquillity. I've fallen in love with the island and would highly recommend this property. Lana, his property manager, is perect and can help you with all of your needs and questions, she's very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous Solitude

An incredible place to read, relax, and forget about the rest of the world. Beautiful home on a gorgeous beach where you may never see another person. I was happy to have packed a bag of food to check on our stay as the bigger store in New Bight is a little bit of a drive. You definitely need to rent a car. The most amazing island with the kindest people in the world. Our only complaint (and not with this rental) is Western Airlines which is terrible. We ended up having to pack our bags in one hour and leave a day early because Lana let us know our flight time had drastically changed with no notice - completely missing any international connection. In fact, the website STILL has the wrong times listed. We were crushed to lose a day of our home rental and car AND to pay for a night's stay in Nassau - a hefty loss. Cannot wait to return - just via a different method. Thank you, Lana and Rainer. Be sure to also visit Sweet Tamarind!

Beautiful pink sands at Coral Beach, amazing!

Reiner's beautiful humble home is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, secluded place to stay, this is the place away from all the hub-bub of Nassau! Everything in the photo is accurate. The beach house is the last house on this private beach region, overlooking the blue waters. My husband and I walked everyday with not really seeing anyone on the beach, this was a much needed R&R for us. Working with the property manager Lana was very good, she was always available for us to ask questions via Whatapp! The house is about 35 minutes from the airport, make sure to pick up supplies at the only grocery store. Along the way to the house there is a bakery, Mary's Crabshack so make sure you try these. One of place we really liked was the Pick Chicken, all the locals know and it about 10/15 minutes from the house if you want to have afternoon of conversation and try fresh Conch. We also tried Fernandez Bay for lunch and it was great! We had a very good time on Cat Island and would recommend to anyone who is looking to unplug.

Amazing view

The location and view from this property is just what we wanted. Great snorkeling just off the beach. If you want a fairly secluded relaxing place to stay on a beautiful beach this is it.
