Lovely Stay

Very cute unit in a great location — just a short walk to Flynns Beach, a quick wander to 'The Local' bar, and surrounded by fantastic cafe & restaurants. The unit was spotless, with super comfy beds and lovely décor. Would happily stay again and highly recommend!

It would be good to have the lights over the bed that don’t need for people to get out of bed to turn them off. Need to have light switch near the bed side table and more power outlets to charge devices in the bedrooms . Apart from that it was lovely, well appointed and very comfortable .

Good clear communication about parking & access to unit. All kitchen facilities we needed for a short stay including a nice coffee machine. No dishwasher but for just the 2 of us not a problem. Bed linen white & clean but beds a bit hard. Good location, walk to Flynn’s beach, cafes

The unit looked just like the photos. Really setup for summer by the beach. The location was good but there was quite a lot of traffic on Surf Rd. The polished stone floors were lovely but a bit chilly for July and the reverse cycle heater did it's best to warm the unit. The bedrooms could do with bedside lamps. Being able to have our dog stay with us was great.

Quirky & cute little place. Well located to Flynn beach. Bathroom & kitchen were small. It was good for our family of 3. We did not cook. Gloria provided plenty of towels. We did a lovely cliffside walk from Flynn beach to town beach which took 30 mins one way.

Flynn’s Beach Getaway

Great location for a flying visit to Port. Very easy to manage our tiny Moodle being able to step out the door onto grassed area. The big floor to ceiling living room glass doors made the unit feel light and airy. Very quick walk to excellent coffee and Flynn’s Beach. Only one disturbing issue was the bedroom window rattling all night with the breeze.Everything else was great.

Great location

Renovated 2 bedroom unit one clock back from beach with cafes, little supermarket 2 min walk away. Flynn's Beach is very nice and is patrolled. The unit has been renovated inside - new kitchen & bathroom & is very nicely decorated. A queen bed in each bedroom. Key to unit was in locked box outside - car parking space undercover, one flight of stairs to get to unit. Good communication with owner. No issues arose during our stay. The bathroom is small but functional. BBQ on balcony we did not use as it was a bit average as far as cleanliness. More storage could be provided for clothes - the drawer units in both bedrooms have spare linen in 2 out of the 3 drawers. It was fine for us being a couple staying for a week & the price was reasonable.

Flynn beach get away

Owners were responsive. Apartment was clean. Thank you for having the basic food items like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Bathroom was a little small and the AC cold living area but not bedrooms. We sorted it out.

Anniversary & School break get away

One stop shop! This place is not only warm and cozy, its literally near to every place to visit, beaches and restaurants from Lake Cathie to Town Beach.We have visited a lot and done so much in just 3 days.To top it all, you can have a relaxing dip in the pool after a long day. Highly recommended.
