I've rented from Amy in the past and, like then, her hosting is outstanding. When I had an opportunity to extend my stay, my emails asking for the availability of the unit were answered in less than an hour or two. The unit itself could use a little updating, but the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean, there were adequate linens, and the balcony overlooking trees and nature was used every day. I also appreciated what appears to be a new stackable washer/dryer in the closet outside the front door.
