The room was clean but didn’t like the fact that for two days didn’t clean tub . Also didn’t have ice buckets in rooms . Food was ok could be better. Breakfast was basically the same . One restaurant but I understand it’s a new resort the said in further two more restaurants will be added. Staff was really nice and helpful.

We were there seven days and we had issues every single day. They are shortstaffed. We had issues with bees. We had issues with leakage. The hotel is not ready to open.

They’re still revamping it from the old Club Med set-up. The staff was so eager to please. They are all new and the resort was going through a soft opening so I’m sure it’ll be that much better when everything is in place. The adults-only infinity pool was the best part of it all.

That poor guy in sports bar with ponytail did a great job . No help . It’s a long walk from most rooms to anywhere . If over by b building , infinity pool nice . No kids . But just a little makeshift bar . If we were staying longer just would have made drinks in a big cup . Btw our room was $452 for night . All inclusive . Rooms a bare minimum . Bed was comfortable . Sand all over floor . For sure had to wipe your feet off before getting in bed . Def would not stay again .
