Walk 2 blocks to DT Port Sanilac, harbor, Boat launch- directly on Lake Huron. 200 feet of beautiful white sandy beach. Bring your boat, water toys, fishing poles, bicycles etc. and enjoy all this home and location has to offer.

Sit outside on charming outside patio and look for passing freighters. Cozy inside porch has a comfy sofa and easy chair-relax, read a book, or take a nap. Stroll on down to the 2 harbor break walls and check on the fishing!

Guests have access to entire house including patio, backyard, deck, private beach, 2 car garage, and parking. No access to basement.
