.perfect! The site was clean, well stocked, up-to-date, good beds, plenty of spaces and places. And those views. Ahhhh. The views and beach are simply divine. Wonderful.

Our absolute best family vacation ever! We love the beautiful beach and the location was perfect for visiting Saugatuck and Holland. So much fun with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. We will be back! So sad to leave.

Family Lake Fun

Our family gathering here was perfect. The location, property, and over-all amenities of this home all contributed to a wonderful time together. The house was perfect for our family. The lower level was perfect for our adult daughter and her family with a 3-year old and a 9-month old.The gentle sloping walkway to the beach was perfect so the little 3-year old could get to the beach with mom and dad.The kitchen was well-equipped for my adult son and his partner as they both are discerning and accomplished cooks.Overall, our family was extremely happy with the property.

Family reunion

Tin Tin II is the perfect getaway house for families. We had 3 generations assemble for the long MLK weekend - perfect location, great views ( and sunsets). The house is lovely- well cared for and well stocked. If you have an opportunity to stay there I highly recommend it.

Amazing Lake Michigan Vacatt

The house is amazing, ample space for everyone. There was an abundance of beach towels, beach chairs and a large foam float that 6 grandkids played on. We enjoyed the private beach especially spending time around the evening fire roasting marshmallows. We have always gone south for vacations but our time in Michigan may set a new trend for our family.

Annual Sibling Trip

Eleven of us get together every fall for a 3-4 day trip. This house provided everything 11 of us could hope for!! A gorgeous, large, well equipped kitchen for us to cook our meals in, including a large comfortable table that we all fit around. The living room had adequate, cozy seating with a fireplace which is open on both sides so it could also be used in the dining area. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and two of them included a bathroom. The entire house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to relax and includes a pantry space to store all of your food and snacks. There is a large deck with adequate seating for all that includes a gas fire pit. (the single only downside was that it ran out of propane at the end of night #2, so we couldn’t light it night #3, but that was a very minor inconvenience). There is a private beach area which was perfect for enjoying the Lake Michigan shoreline with its soothing, crashing waves. What a great place to gather with friends or family! We hope to reserve for next fall.

Exceeds Expectations!

Family Vacation from age 4 to 73. This house has ample room for everyone, kids bottom level is perfect for the kids to escape. Do not pack a single thing but your personal items. This house has it all. The floats, beach chairs and beach umbrellas were on point. The private beach was absolutely gorgeous with soft sand reminiscent to the outer banks. Sand dunes climb up the property and the sunset views were amazing. Camp fires on the beach at night and morning coffee on the deck. A short ride into Grand Haven for lunch or ice cream was key. This Property was beautiful, we will for sure be making this spot a family tradition! Thank you Tin Tin II.

Birthday celebration

This property is fantastic for large groups! Our family got together to celebrate his 75th birthday. We had ages 2 through 75. No one was on top of each other, and the space was great! Plenty of room to be together or to separate. We brought a volleyball net and set it up on the beach. We had a bonfire and played volleyball every evening. The beach is extremely clean, and the sunsets were amazing! If you have a large group, this is the place for you!

Wonderful place!

Very comfortable, roomy and super well-stocked home..they really did think of everything. Loved the multiple balconies, large deck, proximity to the beach and all the beach toys. There were homes on either side of us but you'd never know it, quiet/peaceful neighborhood. All three generations thoroughly enjoyed themselves!

Tin Tin II has a beautiful views of Lake Michigan with access to the beach right off of the deck. Loads of bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely seating area and dining area with double sided gas fireplace in between. We loved it!

Perfect location!

TinTin ll is a beautiful home with a perfect location right on Lake Michigan! There were 10 of us, and the layout of the house was perfect. We didn't get to use the outdoor deck area due to the weather, but the kitchen, dining and living areas on the main level were great for gathering and playing games. The lower level also had plenty of space to comfortably gather and watch movies. And we loved that the home had a couple of separate sitting areas if we wanted to some solitude. We are already talking about coming back next year!!

Moms Memorial

We chose to stay here as a family to be together from around the world as a family after the death of my mother. It was a beautiful location and many local family, came out for the day to visit and have meals together it accommodated us to sleep. Many of the GFI outlets in the bathrooms kept shutting off power and internet was horrible. Many of the sliding doors were very hard to lock I did get them all locked before I left. It was peaceful and a wonderful place to be with our family.
