Weâve stayed at Parasol before. Itâs a great house, especially with the added pool. But several major issues (A/C not cooling in main level bedroom, DirecTV not working, elevator lights not working, ice maker not working). I reported this the day after arrival and a 360 Blue tech came by the next morning. Walked him thru everything. He said he would get with the specialists to take care of these pretty major items. Two days later, I received a text from 360 saying a DirecTV tech was on the way. I replied asking about the A/C, elevator and ice maker â reply said theyâre scheduling these. But nothing. Then text received on day before departure asking if I was pleased with repairs. WHAT REPAIRS? I donât know whoâs running 360 Blue, but it is a very poorly run outfit. Very disappointing experience. Will never rent a property managed by 360 Blue again.
