This was a beautiful home with a great location. Walking/biking distance to the beach and a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Port St Joe. Kitchen had all the utensils and dishes needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4 or more. Decor was fantastic and you can tell the owner has attention to detail and really keeps things updated. I recommend renting a golf cart if it is in your budget. The neighborhood is large and very friendly. Great dog park and walking paths. We would love to stay there again!

The only thing negative I would have to say is that I wish there had been tv’s in the kids room for at night or days it rained! Other than that it was absolutely beautiful and was a prefect place and location! Very nice community and the house was very open and beautiful. Beds were comfy!

We stayed 7 days .it was very clean and comfortable.beach was walking distance which made it wonderful. If your staying with a family it would be wise to bring extras like shampoo body wash toilet paper there's only a sample of those things provided. Things you may not think about bringing like salt pepper laundry soap plastic wrap trash bags. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Awesome location and beautiful home!

This was an amazing stay we loved the house and its location to everything! The beaches were amazing and not very crowded even in June! We needed a few things and the owners were very responsive to grill issues and missing towels! The only thing I wish they had was the beach wagon we saw in the pictures we didn’t bring ours along because we saw that but they did not have a beach wagon.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay in the Windmark Beach community! The area is so lovely, beautiful landscape and adorable homes. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and received adult and child bikes, beach wagon (not included with house as seen in pic) life vests, and beach chairs. The bikes really came in handy for going to the village area, where there are shops and a few restaraunts. The walk is a bit far-maybe 10-15 minutes. We also rented a golf cart through Barefoot rentals and went all over the community, lots of beaches to visit. Windmark Beach paths are about 3 miles so plenty to explore. The beaches were clean and relaxing. There is a public beach access right down the street from the house or many more accessible by boardwalk within the community. My kids loved using the paddle board that came with the house. We enjoyed all the extra beach accessories like the sand toys, floats, badminton gear, etc. Nice not to worry about packing those things! Bring your own beach towels!The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfasts/dinners on the screened patio. We packed extra toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels. The keypad to get in the house is tricky and doesn't always work smoothly. You have to give it a few moments after entering the code to let it unlock. Renters need to know this before arriving. Loved our stay and will be back someday!

Great size and comfortable beds!

Loved the size of the property. I would have loved fans in every room. There was only a fan in the living room and master. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. 2 bedrooms with kings were great but no fans or dressers. Only dresser in the master. Wasn’t as big of a deal for the kids but the other 2 adults needed a dresser. Also there wasn’t any TV’s in any of the bedrooms but the master and living room. The kids just relaxed in bedrooms with their iPads but TV’s would have been nice in the bedrooms because we all didn’t agree some nights. The kitchen had everything and the beach gear was so helpful. The beach was about a 5 minute walk so it wasn’t bad but we gave in an got a golf cart halfway through so it was easier. The beach cart was hard to pull even at 5 minutes of walking. This house is towards the end of the community, by the public access so it was busier for windmark. Overall great house. Loved the layout and all the perks. Had a relaxing time. Loved the beds and extra blankets in the living room and the amazing neighborhood.

Beautiful peaceful stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was so cozy and clean and accommodated everyone perfectly. It is in such a friendly neighborhood. The neighbors and just the people in general were really nice. We did drive to Mexico beach a couple of days which was right down the road so everything was close. Highly recommend this property.

Family Reunion

We had a problem with the code to access the condo but owner was able to correct within minutes. Condo was just as described. Located close to where our reunion was at. Ice maker did not work and fridge wasn't very cold. Other than that everything was great. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Remembering the Forgotten Coast

This home is in a wonderful location just a few minutes walk from the beach in a quiet area of Windmark Beach. A great home, feels new and modern, open and comfortable, we loved our stay! Our son's family visited for a few days and they loved being able to walk everywhere and we enjoyed campfires on the beach almost every night to watch the sunset. Everything we needed for a campfire and s'mores was available at the convenience store on Good Morning Street, just loved being able to walk for everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Sky! It fit our family of 10 comfortably, the location was great, and property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We also loved that we had access to the community pool for when the kiddos were done at the beach.

Lovely home

It was a one level with enough space for two young families without feeling cramped. It’s a lovely, quiet area, too. The dishwasher needs replaced or at the very least a good dose of maintenance and cleaned routinely. The springs to ease the door down were non existent so I got a lovely scrape and I scrubbed out the filters and drain screen because they were covered with thick mold so badly it was clogged and had issues drying. The rest of the house was very clean. I think the cleaning crews just didn’t realize dishwasher have to be routinely cleaned and previous guests must have put food in it. 😬
