Nice and relaxing!

Property was clean and neat with all the essentials and some extras. The beach cart was really nice to have! Nice, quiet area and lots of places to visit. Sarah went above and beyond to offer suggestions for things to see and do! We had a great time and missed hurricane Helen by a couple days! We will be back!!

Great space and location!

We truly enjoyed our stay! My mom, husband and 2 littles loved the space and location to the beach. I’ve been to Mexico Beach many times and this location is right in the heart of it. Sarah was wonderful and had thought of every detail. I couldn’t recommend it enough and would love to come back again!

Vacation with Grands!

The facility was everything and more than we expected. It was our first trip to the beach with our two grandkids, and it was truly a great place to stay. The pool was a favorite for the little ones. We really had a great time, and will definitely book here again.

Great place, Great Location

My husband and I had a guest from England that had never been to Mexico Beach and we all loved this place at Tidelands 2! Sarah was so good to answer any question right away. This was by far the cleanest place we have every stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked. Even though we did not use anything but the beach wagon the place had everything you would need for the beach. The pictures and description of the property was spot on. The beach was easy accessible. We Liked it so much we are planning to book a trip here next year.

Annual Girls Trip Mexico Beach

My daughter, 2 teenage granddaughters and I stayed in June. We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals and this property provides more amenities than I’ve previously experienced. The quality linens, beach towels, beach gear, fully equipped kitchen and many more thoughtful touches. And then there is the gorgeous beach, pool, rooftop area. The host checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed.Highly recommend!

Beautiful Location & Great Host

My Aunt and I stayed for 4 nights at Tidelands. The property is convenient to the beach. Unfortunately, it was too windy to enjoy the beach this visit. The pool and hot tub were being redone while we were there, but they looked nice. The top of the condo complex has a rooftop area there you can see the water and sunset. The balcony was great and gets morning sun. This was important for a stay in February, as it is windy and cool. But it was lovely on the balcony when the sun was out. The location is near many beautiful areas to explore. We were out most of the time, but the kitchen seemed well stocked for anything you would want to do. The property is beautifully maintained, well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The host was very organized; giving you all the details you need for your stay. The only difficulty we had was reading the lock keypad. You can not hit it first to light it up and the numbers are worn. With some light we were able to read it. I would stay here again when in the area.

Best condo ever!!

We have stayed at alot of ondos over the years, but this was one of our favorites! The condo was gorgeous with everything you will need. Communication was great and the location was perfect. Will highly recommend to all our friends and family.

Perfect long weekend!

This condo is wonderful! Wished we could have stayed longer! Everything you need is at this property. There was only 2 of us, but would be perfect for a family. Kitchen has everything you need for a full meal or quick snack! Walkway to the beach is very easy and close and the 4th floor overlook is super cool! Beach chairs and equipment is so nice to have on hand! Loved it!

Amazing Condo

We had an amazing time at Tide Lands 2! Sarah was the perfect host! She was very responsive and informative! The condo itself was wonderful! Very clean, a well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable beds. My family can’t wait to stay there next year! I highly recommend!

Great get-a-way

We loved the location and the small-town feel of the community. The bed was extremely comfortable but if you like your own pillow, bring it! The soaking bath tub was a big plus as well as the beach chairs, umbrella and tote that helped us get it all to the beach. We would return to this property again,

This was the perfect location for beach walks and yoga, running along the beach, drinks on the balcony, hanging out on the beach and nights in the hot tub! Great location for going to other towns for shopping, dining, biking, and kayaking. Perfect stay, comfortable, clean, well stocked, immediate responses from Sarah! Absolutely perfect!!

Sarah was a wonderful host. We checked in on time and everything was perfect. Beach just steps away. Pool and hot tub centrally located and plenty of room so there is no overcrowding. We plan on staying there again next year!

Quick getaway

This was a beautiful property! The walk to the beach was so close and had such easy access. The condo was immaculate and very well stocked with kitchen essentials. The bed was so comfortable, which made for a great nights sleep. We plan to come back!
