Really disappointed with our experience. Firstly, we didn’t receive instructions on how to check in, and the contact info provided in confirmation email didn’t work. Secondly, the actual check-in process was cumbersome, with multiple locks/codes needed to enter. Also, we didn’t realize that there would be absolutely no one on site to support (no reception, concierge, or help whatsoever) - very frustrating as the name is Belmont Hotel (we assumed it was an actual hotel). Thirdly, despite leaving the housekeeping sign on our door, we did not have housekeeping come by for the entirety of our stay (3 nights), so we had to re-use wet towels and make our bed (again, this was not mentioned in the description). There are several other places to stay in town that I would recommend above this one. Very disappointing.
