The stay was amazing! This is one of my favorite hotels esp for an affordable getaway for two 😇 breakfast is great, rooms are clean, very comfy and cozy. Porches are great esp overlooking the woods. Only downside, no late checkout option, and then the coffee was not the greatest. Not sure if it was end of the pot or old milk, but that was the only downsides!

Stayed at the inn on New Year's. We're local and this was the closest place to where we celebrated and wanted to be near to the venue due to weather. We were VERY surprised how updated and still quaint the place is. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Bed was firm, linens were not cozy - but clean and warm. Shower was great. Bring your own toiletries - the ones provided were a little drying but not the worst I've used in a hotel. Desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. Late night hot cocoa was a nice touch.

Check in was fine. but no room service for 6 days!!! On day four when we asked for clean towels we were directed to another building??? The breakfast provided was terrible. Probably will not stay there again.

You could tell this was an old hotel. Walls still stained yellow from when it used to be smoking and smell still lingered. Carpet was gross, stains on bed, not very clean facility at all. Felt bad to ask for a refund because they probably need the money. Left after a few hours, didn’t even stay.

The Spring House Inn is a nice little spot near the dunes and we have stayed here many times. Much nicer than other hotels in the area. I only wish the beds had real comforters rather than those thin coverlets and more comfortable pillows.

Overall the experience was pretty good. The weather was cold and the room temp had been turned down so the room was a little chilly. We sure could have used some extra blankets or a good electric heater. The room has a mini split heat pump. It ran all night but never got the room warm...otherwise the location and building are neat.

Was lied to about the room i was supposed to get. So I had to get a new room and they only wanted to do a 10% discount I thought that was not fair .So I asked for the difference in room to be refunded to me. Also there was still open drinks in the fridge in my room. It was not cleaned properly. Ive never really had a problem with this hotel I've stayed there a few times. I had a rude front desk person. The second person was really nice working along side of her. It was just me and my two children, but I had a lot to carry in because it was my daughter's birthday. Kids are 5 and 6 btw. I didn't get one offer for someone to help me. I mentioned that at the front desk. Gonna be a while before I come back here to be honest.

Spring House Inn has great ambiance, friendly staff, and clean rooms. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night and had been able to enjoy the sauna, pool and fitness room. I would definitely recommend, and hope to return someday.

Clean room hot breakfast everyone was very plesant. Only issue was the faucets for the whirlpool room were bathroom faucets so it took over an hour to fill up the tub. Everything was clean and in good repair, albeit a bit dated. Recommend would stay again.
