The Villa San Marino is a wonderful single-storey villa, bright and spacious, with 4 bedrooms, a private, heatable infinity pool and stunning gardens. With a terrace on the top floor, the villa offers great options for outdoor dining and relaxation.

Equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms and living room, the villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms (3 with showers and 1 with bathtub and shower). There is also an additional guest toilet.

The kitchen and living room are open plan, with a formal dining area and view of the games room with a pool table and ping pong table. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room.

The infinite pool is one of the villa's highlights, with sunbeds and two outdoor dining areas, accessible from the kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. Pool heating is optional.

Located in Alvor, the villa is 3.5 km from the golden sandy beach and near the Alvor Natural Reserve. Alto Golf is 1.5 km away. Alvor offers good restaurants and lively nightlife.

Renting a car is not necessary, but if you'd like to, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.

Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Nice villa, missing a few simple touches

Stayed with a group of seven friends over four nights in late June. The villa is a perfectly secluded and private getaway, so much so that it is almost impossible to find (even the welcoming agent couldn’t find it!). Once one of us figured it out, we sent GPS coordinates to the others (Waze, Google Maps etc will all fail you). The photos are accurate. Beautiful infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and eating. Well appointed en-suite bedrooms. There’s also a secret fifth bedroom/office not listed. All the property needs are a few missing touches to give it a five star rating: - a printed welcome package/home manual with all the FAQs for the property. - basic package of house supplies (etc, extra towels, soap/shampoo, dish soap, cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, olive oil). We literally had to buy all the basics from a store. - WiFi was unreliable and only in the living room area. Not ideal for remote working. - Electricity kept tripping off when the air conditioners were on. That’s a problem in 30 plus degree summer heat. I’d stay there again if these issues have been addressed. Otherwise, there are better options in the area.

Top class villa.. All mod cons.

This is obviously a very new villa. It is extremely modern and clean. (Although it is already showing some minor signs of wear and tear!). The bedrooms are excellent, kitchen is spacious and easy to use. Extremely comfortable. We were a party of 4 male senior citizen golfers but the villa can obviously cater for a lot more that that. The pool is ideal for families and there's loads of space around the pool and in the gardens. It's not within walking distance to Alvor....just! Taxis are cheap. The approach to the villa is a little disconcerting but, once you've opened the electric gates, you'll be happy wth the privacy and comfort inside.

Déçue par la maison, odeurs d égouts dans une chambre, beaucoup de fourmis dans les chambres placards salle de bain et beaucoup dans la cuisine Le ménage pas top , Le portail ne marchait pas , tous les matins nous avons été obligés de le « dégonder » sinon on ne pouvait pas sortir Four ne fonctionnait pas Frigo rouillé Les seuls point positifs sont la piscine et le calme de la maison
