We stayed on the second floor and we could hear the music from the lobby and the hallway was loud. Doors are loud closing. Otherwise it’s a great area and hotel was clean and nice.

The room was great, and the housekeepers did a good job! The front desk person who checked us in seemed to be having a bad day, which can happen, so we will give him a pass for being unwelcoming. Parking was very tight and confusing, but luckily, it wasn't jam-packed. Overall, it's a good and affordable place to stay.

Most of the staff was great, the location is excellent, and the bed was very comfortable. Other reviewers had complained that it was noisy so I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't really any worse than a lot of other hotels. Complementary coffee was great (and strong!) in the morning. We'd totally stay there again!

Everything was great. I think the woman at the front desk may have been new? I did not receive information on parking or how breakfast was set up. When I went to park I realized I needed a code from the front desk so it took me a few laps around the hotel to figure that one out. But everyone was apologetic and friendly.

Overall a good place to stay. Bartender Christopher) was great with a list of places to eat. He gave us more info than whomever was at the desk. More food options at the bar would be nice. Asked for more coffee, tea and cups at the front desk. Nothing ever came. When I asked again I was told they ran out of everything. Seriously!!!! Didn't even get a call that they were out. Was told when I went back down to ask.
