Surprisingly nice for a hotel that seems primarily aimed at people traveling for work. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well lit, the staff was friendly, and the hotel has a pleasant, fresh, and comfortable style to it. My only real demerits are the somewhat tight parking garage, and that the lobby is on the 4th floor, which means you walk in the front door to an odd liminal space to wait for an elevator before you really get to the "actual" hotel. Still, a very good experience overall and a notable step up from most chain hotels of its kind.

Great place to stay. Service was good, room was clean, staff was supportive and friendly. I would like to ask if there could be a better system for transition from the floor lobby, to the parking garage. When someone has a lot to bring to their room, it is difficult to get the only elevator that goes all the way down to the parking garage to go down there. And once you have a luggage carrier, you can't get it down to the garage level. I can only imagine if someone has a disability how difficult this could be for them. I don't have a disability and I was frustrated. There was no concierge to help. Other than that, I do appreciate the security with room card key entry to the floors.
