Immaculate! I did not find any “human remains” in the bathroom tub, floor, sink, or bedroom. Beds were comfortable as well as pillows. The hotel is dated and under renovations but I found our rooms bathroom floor tiles, sink, and bathtub looked like they had been updated in the last few years and were fine, and I as I said they were “CLEAN”. We stayed in room 115.

Disappointed in staff at front desk. He handed us a key, but neglected to tell us how to get to our room. Didn’t tell us there was breakfast in the morning. We left at 8:00 am and no one at front desk to get a receipt for our stay. We used to stay at Casco Bay Inn every year when we visited Freeport, but very disappointed this time.

Clean and quiet. BUT way too expensive for what we paid. $200 charge for a room that should be $70-80. Renovation on going and building supplies stacked in parking lot. No staff at desk upon checkout couldn’t get a receipt. Do not recommend.

The room condition was good overall, showing some wear in places. The room smelled of mold/mildew. Parking lot is safe and well lit. Check in staff not friendly, morning staff friendlier. Breakfast was good but not great, lots of sugar and carbs. Hard boiled eggs were the only protein offered. Fresh apples, oranges and bananas. Good value for the price.

I contacted them because the hotel we booked through them locked the lobby doors at 11 pm., didn’t answer the night phone posted on the window, and we were unable to get back into the room we paid for until morning. The hotel was Casco Bay Inn in Maine, just fyi and we froze in the car because there were no other rooms available in the area. Hotel.com offered no refund or credits and I will never use them again. Who locks lobby doors at 11? We were on vacation and they ruined it

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The property itself is somewhat outdated. However cleanliness trumps it all! Easy drive into downtown Freeport. Reasonable price. We did not try the breakfast. Overall very good place to stay.

Young man at front desk was not very friendly maybe he just didn’t understand English. Upon arrival room was hot with a strong musty odor like it had been closed for awhile. Air conditioner worked well room appeared to be clean bed was okay.
