I love this hotel! I have many hotels to choose from in Vancouver, but I will always stay here. The staff are friendly and truly care about hospitality. This place is quiet! When I checked in, front desk staff told me the place was booked but I would have never known that otherwise. I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels due to noise…but not here!

The property was fine but outdated. Bed was way too soft and you sunk in middle. Toilet seat was broken and slid off when you sat on it. TV seemed 40 years old .

This hotel provides good value for downtown Vancouver with restaurants, bars and a gas station close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of options included in the free breakfast. The only negative was an odd smell in our room. We got used to it after a few minutes and didn’t bother mentioning it to the hotel.
