Language barrier, I understand.. but little patience not so much appreciated. I just needed a bed to crash on so it worked out, one of those you get what you pay for scenarios.
Staff was rude and took forever waiting for someone to come to the check in area. Headed to our room which was not full cleaned only the beds made. The bathroom was disgusting and felt soo dirty over all. The location was terrible as nude and homeless people outside which made myself very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left the premises and didnât even stay. Will NEVER BOOK THERE EVER!!
I stay at this Hotel a lot and Everytime I have an amazing experience very clean newly remodeled excellent for the price ... definitely can't beat the price ...when I am in the room it fills like I am at the Hilton
Hearing my neighbors scream at each other at 3:00am as though I was next door was kinda the nail on the coffin for staying here. Itâs good price but for a reason. Need more insulation between rooms or better security to put a curb to that.
Had to ring the bell around 8 times and still no answer so I called them and someone finally came out so I could check into my room. The check in person did not tell us where our room was we had to figure it out ourselves.
The room was falling apart, the sink faucet was loose, the floor was dirty, the tub seemed it was never cleaned. People were up all night, quiet time started about 5am.
The room smelt like straight bleach. There were prostitutes and drug addicts in the hallway. All night, fighting and applying their trade. The front desk clerk was rude.I had to move to 3 different rooms because none of the t v's worked.Th
The most horrific and disgusting accommodations Iâve ever seen.
I walked out immediately upon arrival. The smell in the halls and room was horrendous. There was womenâs fingernails, hair, toe jam etc on the floors, in the bed etc. I was solicited by a prostitute on my way out! Inside the building!
Absolutely the worst hotel Iâve ever seen.
Had to put down an additional "security deposit". TV did not work. People were loitering around security entrance. Could not check out at 6 am, because no one responded to buzzer. Had to wait until later. Would not recommend this establishment.
