Really wonderful back yard. The pergola is a special extra touch to maximize outdoor enjoyment.The management team were very responsive, friendly and professional when an issue arose trying to log in to our streaming services. As with all washing machines, the gaskets need to be wiped down routinely and allowed time to dry with the door open to eliminate the musty smell that can develop.

This house was just perfect for our family of 5 and 3 dogs. The backyard is amazing for kids and pups. We were there over Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday. The house is very cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again anytime we are back in beautiful Lake Oswego.

House is very worn and needs upgrades. Ants everywhere had to put all items in refrigerator. Tv in bedroom did not work. Closet doors in two bedrooms would not open. Air vent for AC in ceiling not cleaned. All furniture inside and out stained, ripped, burn marks, old. The house at a minimum needs a thorough cleaning, not just a swifter. Couches need to be cleaned after each stay. Found Starbucks stirrer in pillow cushions, we never went to Starbucks. Cob webs, dirty doors, dishes under kitchen sink catching drips. Vent above microwave flew off opening the door. Shower in master needs upgrades, very low pressure and is gross. Everyone agrees the dirty floors and ants were the worst.

A lovely stay

My family and I had a lovely stay at this home. The outdoor space was incredible, the single-level floorplan ideal, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Our small kids especially loved the mini-golf and outdoor lounge area. We had one small issue with the home (loose front door handle), but the owner took care of it very quickly and our stay was barely impacted. Overall, this was a wonderful house and we look forward to future return visits.

Lovely forest getaway

We had an excellent time! Sheets were spotless and everything was laid out for us. Unfortunately, the master bathroom toilet was running when we arrived and was not operational during our stay. The management company was responsive and offered to send someone over on the weekend to fix the toilet and some of the other minor issues we encountered. We had a great stay!

Excellent family Christmas

We gathered in Portland for our family Christmas this year. One of our kids is in a wheelchair and this single-level home was ideal. It worked out perfect for us. Location was great- quiet, safe neighborhood, beautiful trees.

Beautiful property that needs some tlc

The yard is amazing! And the house was nice. The management company needs to step up their maintenance. When we arrived the dishwasher wasn’t cleaning. We were disappointed that the management company didn’t notice this nor fix it in the time we were there after we notified them of it. Luckily my son in law was able to clear the clogged line and get it working. Staff should have noticed that the dishes weren’t getting cleaned. Also- we rented with two young babies yet there were several ant traps around on the floor that had clearly been there for a long time. Also, a toilet seat was broken when we arrived- it took 3 days for it to be fixed. The kitchen had barely enough silverware for the 7 of us.

Beautiful home the outdoor amenities were amazing The home itself lacked in cleanliness. The sheets were dirty in one of the bedrooms and the dining room chairs were a bit wobbly, felt like it may break apart at anytime. If they put some time into deep cleaning the home and updating some of the broken furniture we would come back.

This was a great house for our little getaway. We needed a quiet place for us to watch movies, play cards, and hang out together and this was exactly what we needed. The fully fenced yard was nice so my dog could explore the latest smells whenever he wanted.

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and well located to nearby Tualatin where we were visiting family. The multiple bedrooms allowed everyone to have a comfortable sleeping area and some privacy. Our family loved this house so much. There was more than enough room for our family of four. We absolutely loved all the games provided and had so much fun playing ping pong and golf! The neighborhood is perfect and close to stores, coffee shops, etc. The backyard is absolutely amazing!
