Great staff, very friendly & easy to communicate with. Clean facilities, good breakfast. We stayed here to prepare for & recover from an outpatient surgery at nearby Kaiser. It was perfect! We wet able to easily focus on the surgery, not anything else. Thank you Clackamus Hampton Inn!

This was not a nice Hampton Inn, in a not particularly nice neighborhood next to a highway. But my main reason for rating it “Poor” was that the shower was broken and could not provide hot (or even warm) water. I had booked a room with 2 beds since my grown daughter was staying with me and when I requested a different room I was informed that there was no other room available with 2 beds. So we took cold showers for the weekend. I am not a complainer and I am pretty easygoing generally but it was ridiculous to me that a Hampton Inn would allow a room like this to stay open for reservations. Very disappointing.

Room needs an upgrade. Mattress needs to be retired. Room smelled damp. Air conditioning wasn’t super great and could run the fan with it all the time. Breakfast is always good

The room smelled off, but I assume it was the cleaning products for a pet friendly room. Maybe look into another product because the room smelled moldy. The staff was kind, the breakfast provided was excellent, and grounds were clean. It was just the smell of the room was off-putting.

Very clean and very friendly staff. I love that they also have full shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower and if you forget some toiletries such as toothpaste or a razor they will give you one upon request. They will also check in on you through text to make sure your stay is comfortable.

So friendly!

The staff is amazing - so friendly. Breakfast was better than some of the other Hamptons and there was an extra hour. Only flaws:Rooms are small and no pool.
