Great valet - although for $40/day it should be. Clean room each day. We had a bunch of kids during our stay who were super loud and slamming doors - but thankfully they settled down by 11:00pm. Breakfast could be a bit better - super basic.

I had an increadoble stay. I had lost heat and needed to go somewhere overnight. I was just overwhelmed amd exhausted. I came with my puppy and they were kimd to both of us. Everything was so clean. Everybody was so nice. They gave me the latest checkout that was available on that day, which ended up being perfect.the kindness alone... id give them 10 stars.

Only issue with our stay was the parking. They should be more transparent and say you’ll have to use valet for $40 per night because the lot we will tell you to use across the street is never open and the street parking never changes and there’s massive snowbanks causing some spots to be unusable. We were inconvenienced driving around for 20 minutes trying to find some street parking in an area we are not familiar with just to have to be forced to pay for valet we didn’t want. If we knew this would be an issue we would have booked elsewhere with an actual parking lot.

For it being one of the cheapest options in Portland (in off season) it met expectations: was clean and comfortable. I stayed in a King room for 2 nights and didn’t have any issues. Breakfast is okay, nothing special just your regular continental. Good location, friendly staff.

It was what we expected. Just a room. The heat was through a very loud vent above the bed. Needs to be up dated to more efficient and quieter system. To no fault there own there were extremely loud guests in the hallway between 12 mid night and 2;30am. I talked to them about it in the morning. They did take our valet parking fee off our bill. Very nice but still made for a unrestful night. Typical hotel breakfast included. We did not eat it but it’s what you expect.

Super easy check-in, nice included breakfast buffet. I will say the $40 a night for valet parking is a bit excessive. However, the individuals parking in the cards were super nice and responsive.
