ABSOLUTELY loved it!! The hotel overall is beautiful and re modeled. The rooms were spacious and super clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff here are all super welcoming and helpful. The location of this hotel is perfect for downtown Portland. There are a lot of restaurants and stores at walking distance.(and metros/buses) There is a few homeless people but the hotel does a great job at keeping it safe and welcoming.

Two things: 1. When I booked the room, it says breakfast is available, after my one night stay, I was told to purchase breakfast! Extremely disappointed, I had two kids. I told them there will be a breakfast that the kids were excited about staying at Hyatt Place! Hyatt Centric is not Hyatt place! Now I know that the two completely different! 2. I don’t understand why Expedia or the Hotel itself is refusing to refund my unused money for the third night? I will be seeking legal help if this delays any further Thank you!

Anniversary/Engagement Stay

The staff was absolutely amazing! Complimentary drinks for our recent anniversary and engagement, customer service was next level and employees opening the door for us countless times. This was one of our best hotel experiences during the most amazing life change and then one of the worst with my grandma passing away. The bartender was so nice, informative and made an excellent espresso martini! Hyatt will definitely be getting our business in the near future!
