Such a wonderful stay in an incredibly clean spot a hop, skip and a jump to the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed and made our stay so relaxing. Will definitely stay here again when we can.

Nice stay!

The Seth Unit was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. Close enough to the beach to walk to Palace Playland and the Pier. We would stay here again in the future.

The first place we stayed that had blackout curtains in our rooms!!

This was our absolute favorite place to stay in OOB. A 2 minute walk to downtown, blackout curtains in both rooms (perfect for young families!!), just enough space since we spent each day outside of the house, the air conditioner cooled the whole place with ease. We will look to stay here year after year. The hosts were quick to respond and all in instructions were so clear. Thank you and we will be back again!!

Simple and just right

The unit was a bit small which we knew ahead of time, but the bedrooms were perfect for us and our three boys. The location is awesome and Janet and Karen were so kind and helpful. Easily available and willing to do anything for us. We hope to stay again next year!

Perfect location for everything OOB has to offer.

This really is the perfect location to be in OOB, you are within walking distance of everything you would want to do in OOB, yet it's just far enough away that it's not loud and surrounded by people constantly. I rented all three units for a group, and they were all clean, well maintained and comfortable for us. The owners were very nice and easy to deal with. We will hopefully be back again next summer.

Location was excellent to access beach, restaurants, shops. Plainly furnished, mish mash in kitchen but basics supplied, toilet paper holder broken, BBQ grill dirty, no light in backyard for table and grill, no directions for tv. Not terrible, not great.

The unit was spotless and well equipped, there was a slight issue (someone was parked in our spot) owner was on site within 5 minutes of being notified to resolve. We were so impressed that we are returning next year with the whole family (about 20 of us) as they have 7 units very close to each other

Great Location

Stayed in this cute beach cottage for 3 nights. Perfect location for visiting Old Orchard Beach. Everything is with in a block or two. Everything was as pictured on website. Cottage was stocked well with all essential items. They supplied towels, soap, dish soap. Air conditioning worked well. Communication with owners was easy for check in and when we needed extra parking for a second they only charged 15.00 to park at their nearby other property. Would stay again .

Sister's Weekend

We rented all 3 units so we could be together. This property is so close to the pier and main road to OOB. We loved the chairs provided in the front of the property with a short fence so we could all sit together and enjoy each other's company. We ended up needing something. We emailed Karen and she brought what we needed in less than 5 minutes. The air conditioners worked well for the space and the WiFi was fast. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the owners for making this such a memorable weekend. We had a blast!

Nice quaint stay

Cute cozy place clean and nicely decorated. Owner very responsive to messages which was great. Good for our family of 3 but bathroom was tiny so hard to keep lots of toiletries for people at hand. Lack of closet space as 1 closet but dresser inside so couldn’t hang much. Biggest issue was the train as I thought I read you could hear it in the distance but essentially it is in your “ front yard” as across the street so you heard the horn 2-3x a night which was tough even with sound machine. It was very close to the beach which was a huge plus. Overall was a nice stay for us and our toddler.

Comfortable stay in a PERFECT location

We stayed here while in town for the Ironman race and I don't think we could have found a better location! It's a block from the main street and a super-easy walk to the beach. The apartment itself was wonderful as well and had almost all the amenities of home. I didn't read the check-in information carefully enough which meant we had to go shopping for bath towels. We ate out so we didn't utilize the kitchen, but it was fully stocked should you want to cook some meals and eat in. We had no noise issues from the neighbors on either side of us, nor did the street noise bother us. We could hear the train come by, but it wasn't obnoxiously loud and didn't wake us overnight. If we go back to Old Orchard Beach, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
