Location was great, staff was friendly (especially adam at the front desk) but the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and deflated, and the whole "resort fee" was very offputting. I would rather just be told a real rate when I book over getting an extra few hundred in charges. The 35$ a day credit barley could cover anything from them

I had an amazing stay at the Portland Harbor Hotel. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking around the Old Port. It honestly may be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Portland.

The room was lovely, it was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel is beautifully maintained.There is a fire pit, lit every evening,visible from the bedroom window,a nice feature, The staff were very welcoming too. The hotel is also in a good location. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows, large closet and storage space, ample number of chairs, good heating system, and a nice bathroom with lots of hot water for a long shower. The property is in a convenient location within walking distance to restaurants, stores, coffee shops, etc.

Great location. The “destination fee” feels somewhat scammy, doesn’t fit with the rest of the hotel vibe. Large room, clean, friendly staff.

Every time we go there the coffee maker doesnt work. Never successfully had a cup of coffee there without going to the lobby. There is an ice bucket in evey room, which makes you think there is a machine on your floor. After walking the entire floor couldnt find it so i call the front desk. You have to bring your ice bucket all the way down to the lobby and have the desk who has been hadling payments all day get your ice. Plus, why am a paying a destination fee of 35 per room? I never eat or drink there. Staff was friendly unlike my last time there.

The front desk attendant was animated and exuberant, making us feel welcome. The room was spacious and well apportioned. The welcome bottle of wine was dreadful, but well-intentioned. The location is super convenient. The compulsory $35 destination fee is awkward despite their best intentions of making it seem reasonable.
