Unexpectedly Fantastic

Booked this stay for myself and family before a football tournament. I was not expecting the history of the building (at the Jubitz Truck Stop) the amenities of the basically mall that surrounds it or the included breakfast (which any continental breakfast I've ever had couldn't ever had couldn't even touch) the room was updated, super clean and so comfortable we all slept like a baby. 10/10 would stay at this facility again.

I understand it’s like a truckstop, but there are too many transients coming in and out of the Marketplace area. Made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. One OD at the front of the Maketplace door.

Customer Service is Everything

Was really impressed by the service at the hotel. Robin, from the front desk, was incredible in helping me organize shuttle service to and from the airport after a lost bag fiasco. She was super friendly, genuine, helpful, and made a stressful situation feel easy. Shout out to her, big time. Room and bed were great. Very comfortable. Clean. Well maintained and updated. The breakfast voucher was a great touch and I was very pleasantly surprised at how the hotel did so many little things right.

Truck stop hotel

This hotel is actually a truck stop. It has a full restaurant, bar, convenience store and a bunch of other businesses on the ground floor. Even a theater. It’s all about country music in the bar and restaurant. My room was bare bones. My first hotel room had ants all over the place and I was switched to a cleaner room. They gave me a $10 coupon to say sorry. It’s fine if you want to be close to the airport, but there isn’t anything much around it.

Liked? Nothing in particular. Very basic .. very average over all. There was nothing "continental" about the breakfast. Limited selections and limited to ONE (1 coffee OR 1 juice, but not both ..) drink with breakfast. No complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate, ice water, etc in lobby area; as typically found in other establishments. Overall .. , rather disappointing.
