With no notice, at the time we called for the airport shuttle, we were moved to a completely different property with no king bed and no pool. My seven-year-old started crying at check-in when we were told the new property didn't have a pool. That was going to be the highlight for her. Because this was a prepaid reservation, we had no recourse.

Expedia charged me a couple hundred dollars more for my stay then the hotel would've that was disappointing as I thought Expedia was always a better deal. The hotel itself charged me all kinds of crazy fees. It was supposed to be a $60 incidental fee. Next thing I know I have a $30 charge of $44.15 charge a $5.18 charge a $10 charge. They said that you get charged daily for taxes and visitor fees. I have no idea the woman was so extremely rude at the front desk and her response to me was I suppose you think that I'm supposed to say you're right? I got the manager's email address and emailed asking what the charges were and why was I not gonna get my money back and I never got a response
