The property seems to be an older building that was updated somewhat. I’ve stayed at other Pineapple hotels that were definitely a bit more updated. This was an ok place to rest for one night to catch our plane. Staff is super friendly and helpful!!

It is in a very good downtown location, adjoining waterfront park. I found good dining locations. immediately next door is the access to the Morrison bridge so there is considerable traffic. However, I really did not hear the traffic. Staff were very accommodating, and I was even able to check in early.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel! Welcoming upon arrival, easy check in, the welcome drinks were a refreshing perk to end our day. I loved the uniqueness of the hotel with the bedding and the modern bathroom.

The hotel’s location is excellent—perfect for walking to various parts of downtown. It’s close to cool attractions and trendy restaurants. While the hotel overall doesn’t feel very modern, it still offers a comfortable stay. The TVs use Roku, which feels a bit outdated nowadays; I would recommend gradually upgrading to smart TVs. The highlight of our stay was the staff: incredibly kind and helpful. Their support was essential in resolving an issue that ultimately required a room change. Thanks to them, our overall experience was much more positive.

Not as we expected

We booked this place thinking it was an adults only LS friendly place. To learn that it’s not. There were kids running the halls, our king size bed didn’t have a top sheet and only had two twin blankets. It smelled of cigarette smoke for a place that is to be smoke free. The bed is super soft and had decent pillows. We paid for parking as part of the room rental. When we got there to check in, they didn’t have any parking available since they rented spots out to the concert in the park folks as well. We ended up having to pay for parking in a lot near by and in the wee hours (3ish am) we had to move the vehicle so c wit had to be out by 7am from the lot we found.
