Amenity fee charged upon departure! Hidden hotel rate. Be sure to have your free drink! Ask for a odd number room otherwise you will have the street noise to deal with. Hotel is older & feeling tired. I don’t like European style sheets (no top sheet) because you are hit or cold. Beds are otherwise comfortable.

Great place to stay! Staff was super nice and helpful. Bed was comfy and cozy. It was freezing outside but the room got toasty quickly so it didn’t take long to warm up. I hate picking hotels when I don’t know the area and you have to rely on pictures and descriptions but all were accurate. The only drawback was the stuffed puppy left on the bed. My kid had to have it. Now that I know I’ll request there isn’t one waiting to welcome us if I end up there with another one of my kids. My kid is super happy and my stay got $25 more expensive. Ha! I will definitely return if we ever end up in Portland again!

Staff is wonderful. Rooms are a bit small, no microwave and our coffe pot was broken. No air conditioning in winter. Only heat. We like to sleep cool. We have stayed multiple times, and always enjoy it.
