No closet?

The cleanliness of the room was fine and balanced with eco-friendly services. They were not very good at cleaning food cartons out of the hallways. The breakfast is adequate but not particularly good. The hotel itself is quite expensive (I spent about $250 a night) and sits in the middle of a very functional but unattractive mall in South Portland near the airport. Perhaps I’m old-fashioned but I miss a closet and proper drawers for my clothes.

My first time staying at a Tru Hilton property! The rooms are perfect! And I LOVE the various bathroom amenities. They are in mounted dispensers and they are quality products! The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great. Wish we were here for longer than 1 night!! Everything is decorated colorfully which makes me happy!! It’s a great place and very close to the airport. And breakfast in the morning is a plus! As a Hilton Honors member, this is my favorite property so far! Great job!!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. My fiance has a bad back and needed extra pillows. The gentleman working the front desk promptly brought them up to us after we requested them. Breakfast was good also. I’d stay here again if I were in the area.

Convenient base for Portland area, close to major highways. Room small but neat. Plenty of electric outlets. Good breakfast, although putting eggs and meat in same divided pan encourages cross-contamination. Waffle machine broken. TV controller problematic. Bathroom door needs repair at bottom. More towel racks would be handy.

The place is pretty clean and the staff are very accommodating. They check in on you through text and Brendan made sure to follow up with any additional requests we had. Breakfast was decent and they have a pancake machine which was very popular with all the guests. Only minor thing to comment on would be that we had a 2 queen bed room and it was a little small for 4 people, there’s only a small space between each bed and the walls. Our stay was very comfortable overall!
