The staff was friendly and the room well cleaned. It’s conveniently located especially when your flight lands at 12:30am and you don’t want to drive far. The shower door was not closing properly so water got all over the bathroom floor. Also, the staff doesn’t make sure the alarm clocks have been turned off after guests leave. An alarm in the neighboring room (which was unoccupied) was going off at 6am with no one to turn it off, then the alarm in our room went off at 6:30am. Not something we wanted to deal with when we didn’t get checked in until 1am.

Room smelled really badly when we checked in. Called the front desk and told us they were booked and couldn’t do anything about it. They were not very nice and didn’t seem to care at all. We thought about going to another hotel however they would not refund our stay. Very unhappy with the whole stay.

Unlike the prior time we stayed which was horrible this time was much, much better. We were given water and snacks at check in and the shuttle arrived promptly. The room on the 3rd floor was clean and nice.

Look out. The shuttle took 35 minutes to come to the airport (saw 3 x other airport hotel shuttles in the same period) then the room we were given on the 4th floor had a noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom that could not be switched off!!! It also made a shrill ringing sound! Reception said the exhaust fans that don’t switch off in the rooms are a “known issue” but nothing could be done as there were no more free rooms. Needless to say we got no sleep that night. It was SO loud even with the bathroom door closed. The shampoo in the shower had black sprinkles of mould on the top of the container. The reception person when we checked out was sullen and rude. Worst experience ever.
