Floors were so dirty! They definitely don’t mop in between visits. The shower floor also was dirty. The bed and pool were nice and clean. Staff was nice but definitely need to do a better cleaning

Overall it was good. The room did not have a closet or an iron. The TV cable selections were somewhat limited or required payment. Having a private cabin on the property was excellent. The property was somewhat rustic and could have benefited from some updating, but this was not a problem. Staff was excellent, very attentive and friendly. The overall experience was very good.

Everything was great, but the floors

The staff, the decor and the well cared for property were great. Good value for money. Room was clean...except for the floor. My feet were dirty with in minutes of kicking off my shoes. I put on socks and they were quickly blackened. I wanted to rate this as a 5, but the floor missed the mark.

The staff was amazing. I had a medical emergency and they were WONDERFUL. I was taken by ambulance and the staff took care of getting all our things together and storing them until I could return. They did not charge us for any extra clean up or extra day even though I told them they could. They were so nice.

Kindness at the best level

I booked a room not knowing there were 13 stairs involved. I just had knee replacement surgery. So the stairs were a no thank you. But the wonderful manager at the wagon wheel saw my situation and changed our room to a ground floor level unit . Thank you for all the kindness. The room and our stay were just perfect.
