The pet area as expected, not allot of grass, but side walks forever, dog park near by. Lots of dinning near by. Easy access to the interstate. Rooms are clean and don't have pet odor. The rooms have vinyl plank flooring. I stayed here for 13 nights. only heard one dog bark a few times from the 1st floor. I was on the fourth floor. Quiet on the fourth floor.

Hotel is new so well maintained. Parking area is large and nice. Walking path near by. Floors are not very sound proof so expect to hear people moving above you. I was on the street side which is loud. Ask for parking lot side. Unfortunately I have found staying at these extended stay hotels that they are being used as weekly low income apartment housing with children and pets, with a mix of business people working out of town. I will say this is one of the better ones I have stayed in, clean, convenient and helpful staff.

The staffs are amazing and very accommodating. Other hotel guests are inconsiderate specially during quiet times like the usual stomping or dropping heavy things on the floor. I suggest to the future guest, request for the top floor or 4th floor for better stay. Everything is perfect!

Modern and clean however…. No tissue, no washcloth, no hand towel, only two bath towels And no ICE! What hotel doesn’t have that? Bed was very squeaky. Stayed I. Handicap room. No walk in shower. Odd.

My Rating Views about the Hotel Stay: WoodSpring Suites Beaverton is a New Hotel that just opened sometime this year. The Hotel is a really nice, clean, and up to date place to stay. The only problems that I have with WoodSpring Suites are: 1. Throughout the night when you're trying to Sleep. You can hear loud noises coming from the other rooms and in the hallways. 2. The Front Entrance Area of the Hotel, are lots and lots of "Cigarettes" All Over The Ground! This makes the Brand New Hotel look Trashy, Slumish, and Nasty, which brings my Star Rating down to a (3) from what could have been Rated as a (4). Plus, the Rugs inside and outside the Elevator are Filthy and needs some type of Shampooing.

We were evacuated because of a fire and this was a wonderful place to stay while we couldn't be at home. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and modern and we felt safe here.

The staff was very friendly. The guy at the front desk definitely looks like he had already had a very long day, but he was still super sweet and super helpful and checkout was super quick. I literally just handed them the key card and it was literally done instant.
