Good location, bad service habits.

The location is good, but we didn't like that the breakfast room was supposed to open at 6 and opened much later, making people go out and spend extra money, where things are very expensive, like the airport.

Quarto em condições ruins. Tv nao funcionava direito, nao havia interfone no quarto, sem ventilador e ar condicionado nao funcionava. Elevador mao estava funcionando no andar que estávamos durante a noite. Cobertor rasgado.

Seria injusto da minha parte dizer que o quarto não estava limpinho, porque estava, mas a estrutura do hotel como um todo deixa a desejar, justamente porque as fotos mostram uma realidade bem diferente. Estranhei a quantidade de bolor e de paredes estufadas também, inclusive no quarto que fiquei. Um outro ponto foi a questão da internet, fiquei três dias utilizando somente os meus dados móveis pois o Wi-Fi não funcionava - achei isso complicado porque levei comigo o meu notebook e precisava colocar algumas coisas do trabalho em dia. De forma geral, não posso dizer que a minha estadia foi ruim, mas deixou a desejar. O hotel precisa ser mais transparente com as fotos dos anúncios, assim como ajustar algumas questões para o conforto dos hospedes.

Na descrição consta que tem estacionamento disponível, porém, não é informado que não fica no hotel e precisa caminhar 2 quadras. A região é escura, então, se precisar ir madrugada deixar o carro pode ser desconfortável ter que ir de carro. A limpeza não arrumavam a cama, não limpavam a mesa, apenas troca de toalhas e papel higiênico.

Atencao Hotel Dan In

O atendimento da recepção e do pessoal da cozinha é maravilhoso sao muito prestativos e atenciosos. A equipe da cozinha é extremamente cuidadosa principalmente c hospedes c restrincao alimentar n fizeram sentir acolhidos n cafe d manha. Mas, este hotel precisa melhor as camareiras sao mal educadas, vivem cara feia para os hospedes nao fazem reposicao de produtos de limpeza sempre tinhamos q pedi n recepcao e ainda p 2 vezes deixaram nosso quarto sem limpeza mesmo c a placa de alerta n porta. E tambem usam 2 elevadores ao nesmo tempo dificultando hospedes descerem n horarios de checkin e check out no mes de julho o hotel estava cheio dificultando hospedes descerem. Nossa estadia foi bem longa neste hotel. Espero q Dan In tome providências inadimissivel hotel permitir q as camareiras continuem c esse comportamento rispido com os hospedes.A estrutura e localização do hotel sao maravilhosas.

Foi decepcionante… o primeiro quarto que me colocaram era precário… TV com chuviscos e ar que gelava. A equipe maravilhosa me trocou para um outro hotel da rede… nacional inn, um pouco melhor! Porém no salão de festas tinha uma festa que não tinha hora para acabar… reclamei e me trocaram de quarto novamente!!! Desgastante, levando em conta que são da minha cidade as 5 da manhã.
