Vou fazer um feedback de pontos positivos e negativos. Pontos positivos A cama muito boa e confortável espaço no armário ótimo sofá confortável tamanho da teve muito bom com os Canais de streming uma coisa ruim e a internet que so funcionou um dia . Cozinha muito boa utensílios ótimos air fray cafeteira ótimos fogão funcional geladeira também muito boa . Banheiro tamanho muito bom e chuveiro funcional . Ponto negativo box limpeza muito mau feita faltou uma água sanitária, fiz limpeza com a vaso tinha de vaso e consegui fazer uma boa limpeza . Outra coisa que não é de responsabilidade de vice mas podem se pronunciar em reunião de condomínio que entrada de carro no primeiro dia entrei teoricamente com a placa do carro em 7 dias sempre me perguntavam se era hóspedes de que apto, teve um dia que vi minha segurança ameaçada os dois últimos dias começaram a abrir sem ter que me identificar .

Excelente! Tudo novo, limpo e moderno, desde a entrada do prédio ao apartamento. Excelente localização e sistema de segurança moderno com identificação facial, o que agiliza a sua entrada no prédio e não te deixa esperando do lado de fora, principalmente durante a noite. Garagem não utilizei, mas pude ver que é fácil de entrar, espaçosa e fácil de estacionar. Bem localizado , com muitos bares, cafés e restaurantes muito próximos. Recebi antecipadamente todas as instruções para acesso ao prédio e ao apartamento, não tive nenhum problema com a minha chegada. Nas próximas idas para Porto Alegre, pretendo me hospedar novamente no JP Redenção.
