Amamos demais nossa estadia no Zai. Além de super charmosa é muito confortável, acolhedora e privativa! conta com uma equipe tão simpática e eficiente, com atenção ao detalhe, fomos bem atendidos do momento que chegamos até nossa partida. Emerson nos recebeu e mostrou a propriedade dando dicas ótimas de passeios e restaurantes. Alan e Cíntia da recepção providenciaram tudo q precisávamos, do transfer as reservas necessárias durabte todo o período. Destaque para a massagem da Keu e Vitória, super relaxante e especial. Amamos a piscina do nosso rooftop privativo e a do hotel, ambas aquecidas, são lindas e gostosas para o pós praia! Paraíso tem nome e fica no Brasil, viva Alagoas- Milagres- Patacho, em breve retornaremos!

Muito boa a experiência geral. Há algumas oportunidades de melhoria. Pontos positivos: Cordialidade de todo Staff, presteza no atendimento às demandas e agilidade. Suite ampla espaçosa, cama confortabilíssima , água quente e chuveiro muito bom. Suporte ao uso da praia também presente .Segura Pontos de melhoria: aquecimento nas piscinas ( tanto a principal quanto a das suítes- painéis solares resolveriam). Na eventual oportunidade de usuários fazerem uso da estrutura comum do hotel ( mesmo após o checkout), solucionar acesso a banho para área da piscina e praia, até para garantir consumo no bar e restaurante revertendo receita para o hotel. O chá da tarde merece maior elaboração. A elaboração da boleira merece atenção , pois os bolos não estavam saborosos ( todos novos e feitos com materiais locais, porém sabor não impressionou)

O hotel é bom, falta um pouco de cuidado em detalhes com os hospedes. Divergencia entre valores pago e emitido na fatura do hotel, o que me foi passado como uma comissão do H.com Sempre me hospedo com H.com e isso não aconteceu em nenhum hotel até hoje, me senti lesada

Falta de privacidade em pousada de luxo.

A Pousada é maravilhosa, fomos muito bem atendidos, a cozinha excelente, porém tivemos apenas um problema que nos deixou muito triste. Fizemos um upgrade para suíte com rooftop para ter mais privacidade, e fomos surpreendidos por drone sobrevoando as suítes. Informamos a gerência e que o mais nos surpreendeu é que nem um pedido de desculpas formal tivemos, apenas um sinto muito. Para um local daquele nível e pelo valor cobrado, isso foi falta de cuidado com hóspede. A gerência disse que não tinha como identificar a quem pertencia o drone. Saímos da piscina privativa constrangidos e fomos para piscina comum, lá identificamos o proprietário do drone ainda usando o equipamento, meu marido chamou o gerente, apontou de quem se tratava. Teve a oportunidade de abordá-lo the sua a resposta foi: estou trabalhando. O gerente ficou totalmente passivo e nos informou que falaria com a diretoria sobre o fato.
