We arrived very tired after a long flight, with two young kids, only to be told that the apartment was flooded and no longer available. Their solution was to another apartment thatâs far away. We had to call a couple of times to get the address and access code. It was an extra hour wasted but we were really tired and had no other options. The new location didnât work for us so we moved to a proper hotel, but the staff only agreed to refund 2 out of 4 nights we prepaid. And after almost two weeks, we only received an email saying Iâll get refund of one night, and we havenât seen the money. We are still traveling right now so we donât have energy to deal with this, but this experience is so frustrating so far.
