The hotel was fantastic, but the bar lacked a little ambience and when asked for a beer for round the pool served the smallest beer ever seen at the cost of €6. So we felt it was not worth drinking round the pool which was unfortunate as this would have been a lovely way to end our day.

Amazing Customer Service!

Our stay at Artcore Hotel Porto was amazing! This recently opened hotel is in an excellent location, outside the crowds of inner city Porto, but an easy walking distance to all the landmarks. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel, and the food and service were excellent! But what made the hotel a standout was the customer service. We've stayed at some very expensive, well-known hotels in the past, but their customer service did not compare to that of Artcore Hotel Porto. The general manager, waiters and front desk employees went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. I wish I could remember all their names, but it's been a couple of weeks. One employee spent at least a half hour telling us what sights we should visit and how to get there; another came by our room to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Snacks and water were available everyday by the front desk. I highly recommend this hotel! We were in Portugal and Spain for two weeks, and this one definitely stood out!

Artcore Hotel is a gorgeous hotel in a lovely part of Porto. From start to finish, everything was wonderful — the staff greeted us with warm smiles and said goodbye the same way. The room was cozy and spotless, and the bathroom was perfect with heated floors — such a treat after a long day of walking! Breakfast was not only delicious, but also served in the room with great variety — fresh, elegant, and the perfect start to each day. The mini-bar was fully stocked with beer and soft drinks for free. The hotel design was impeccable — stylish, modern, and full of beautiful details The lobby welcomed us with refreshments, fruits, and candy nuts served on the table — a lovely touch that made us feel truly at home.

All the staff was amazing. The front desk and the restaurant personell were fantastic. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond. All staff should be recognized but in particular, a big shout out to Patricia, Bruno, Hugo, Paolo, Pedro and Flavia. This is just to name a few. We highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and great accommodations.

Hotel nuovissimo, anzi ancora in costruzione, peccato! Bellissimo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Colazione non a buffet ma favolosa, con cibo cucinato al momento ed anche ricercato! Camera con ogni tipo di confort, compresa piastra per capelli! Piscina riscaldata esterna , forse un poco piccola, ma lo spazio è quello che è! All’ingresso acqua ed un tavolo pieno di leccornie, caramelle, frutta fresca e secca, salatini i e noccioline. Per non parlare del minibar gratuito e riempito ogni giorno! Che dire una bellissima esperienza.

Bonjour, un magnifique hotel avec une équipe professionnelle au petit soin , piscine chauffée très agréable, l’hôtel n’a que 15 jours d’ouvertures et le spa encore en finition. Je recommande cet hôtel en connaissant de nombreux hôtels à Porto.
