A casa está muito bem localizada e tem boas condições, mas falha nos detalhes. Não tem ar condicionado e os 2 mini aquecedores que foram deixados não foram suficientes para aquecer a casa. A falta de limpeza também incomodou, na loiça, no chão e num lençol sujo deixado dentro de um armário.
