We liked this place. It was small but the bed was comfortable and we liked the use of kitchen and washer . There were some areas not cleaned from previous stay but once I notified Vrbo they sent out cleaners which we appreciated. The area is under construction so lots of noise but it did not bother us. We received a notice on day 6 of 21 that the water was shutting off due to lack of payment. We went one day no water. Guest Ready was the management company and said they could not contact owner. first said they found us another place but then in the morning they said it was not available. They did not help us find another place but stated to find a hotel and they would reimburse us. So we spent one day not on vacation but moving and figuring out what to do. We were reimbursed by Vrbo for our days not stayed but not reimbursed for having to relocate. In the end I wish we could have resolved the water issue because we liked it there. Wish it ended better.
