Everything went excellent, perfect spot in the city. It’s a bit noisy at night but it’s not the hotel fault, people just having fun at a nearby bar. Really good experience. Would stay here again

A great location in Baixa, in the relatively flat area of Porto. It’s on a tight street so you’ll have to walk at least part of the way there - not great if you have accessibility issues. I had booked a double room but on checking in, found that I had a twin with beds pushed together. My only option was to switch between two rooms mid-stay. It was annoying. The room itself was fine, the climate controls were decent and the shower was excellent. I stayed in the one room on the ground floor, 001. If you sleep here you will hear everything - the door is thin. Reception phone buzzing, latecomers at night, early risers in the morning. Try to avoid. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty - local options as well as more British/North American fare. Worth the money IMO. Overall a good hotel experience but it was a shame the small things dragged it down a bit.

Lovely hotel and staff, excellent location. Keep in mind there is a busy bar on the same street, it didn’t bother me so much until the nights it rain. People take cover under the neighbouring hotel. Room was lovely, my only complaint is the mini fridge was not plugged in and stocked. The fridge didn’t work the whole time. The tv has surround sound/bluetooth speakers. I enjoyed the rooftop sitting area too. I would go back :)

Everything was great. Only issue was they need to find a way to send you to parking first as you can not get near the hotel to park in front because it’s a one way street and driving in Porto is horrible. We circled for way too long and finally had to park a distance away, Walk to hotel and then figure out how to move car to parking. Other than that it was great!!

Best location in the city, near many dining options and within walking distance from all attractions. Truly a gem, will definitely stay here next time I am in Porto.
